ABOUT THE CLIENT

Denim City is an innovation campus founded by House of Denim Foundation with a clear mission: to connect and inspire our stakeholders, to bring the industry “Towards a Brighter Blue“. Everything they do is geared to making denim dryer, cleaner and smarter through education, advocacy and collaboration projects. Denim City aims to raise the bar, reduce environmental impact, stimulate the adoption of more sustainable innovations and bring the worldwide denim industry together under one roof. Denim City Store combined with the Workshop, Lab and Academy, forms the ultimate denim experience in Amsterdam. Visitors, while having a unique denim experience, are able to shop to have a beloved pair of jeans.

Discovery

Overview

Studio by Miyagami discovered Denim City Amsterdam during a search for innovative spaces within the fashion and sustainability sectors. The studio quickly recognised Denim City's unique position as a hub for the denim industry, bringing together craftsmanship, sustainability, and education. Through conversations with the team, it became clear that their challenges lay in creating more visibility for their work and building stronger connections within the industry. Studio by Miyagami understood these needs and saw an opportunity to help amplify Denim City’s mission through strategic branding and design.
